Our demanding customers brought us to the idea of setting up own tool works. That gives us higher flexibility with design of new forms and shorter lead times, while provides our customers with lower mold prices.
Manufacturing capacity of our toolroom is avaiable to the third parties as well.
We offer molds for thermoforming, PVC, PET and PSH, 0,2mm - 2,5mm thickness. Positive or negative forming, vacuum or overpressure. Mechanical "pre-forming" might be included.
Besides of that we offer tools for plastic welding (electrode, collator).
Everything from initial design to final mold is done by our experts. Therefore we are able to offer short delivery time and guarantee the quality
